ArcWeb, front end application to the Scitex Archiver file manager
ArcWeb is a web front end application to the CreoScitex Archiver file manager and asset manager server. The Archiver is meant to be a centralized depository of files for use mainly in the graphics arts environment. It has several front ends for accessing that depository. ArcWeb is supposed to be the universal method of access, available using a browser from any platform. The ArcWeb front end allows the user to search for files, view matching results, download them to his computer and submit files for storage on the Archiver. ArcWeb was first shown at IPEX 98.
